Where the damage is the result of the negligence of a third party then Bodytechnics has the policy of referring this to a specialist hire company who can:

• provide a like-for-like replacement vehicle for the duration of your repairs.
• remove the stress you may encounter by managing the repair process on your behalf.
• support your claim against the negligent third party driver.
  

Fault accidents*

Conscious of environmental issues as well as cost, Bodytechnics does not run an extensive fleet of courtesy cars and those that it does run are of a Group A category. Additionally, we generally find that our customers either have an alternative vehicle or do not wish to step out of their prestige vehicle into a lower category vehicle.

In the circumstances where there is a definite need and an insurance obligation to do so, we will make a courtesy car available subject to the driver arranging to insure the vehicle and providing a copy of their driving licence.
